Client support services for Hackuity deployments: work closely with Hackuity clients to identify and understand their vulnerability management needs
Support and participate in the deployment of the Hackuity platform (configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, optimization), ensuring smooth integration into the client's environment
Provide ad-hoc functional support to clients in production
Advise clients on vulnerability management best practices
Analyze specific client requests and recommend appropriate actions
Assist clients in developing and implementing vulnerability management strategies tailored to their environment
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform in collaboration with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams
Occasionally participate in pre-sales activities (presentations, demonstrations) in coordination with the sales team
Develop training and certification programs for clients and partners
Develop and deliver customized training sessions on using the Hackuity platform
Assess training needs and adjust programs accordingly
Promote training offerings
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in integration or consulting, preferably in cybersecurity
Experience deploying and integrating cybersecurity tools, preferably in vulnerability management
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to develop and deliver training sessions
Autonomous, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team
Proficiency in French and English required
