Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Managed Services function, uplifting performance, capability, and team culture.
Drive the strategy for our Managed Services practice, shaping service models and positioning us for future growth.
Act as a senior Customer Success Manager for key clients, ensuring exceptional service quality and long-term value delivery.
Strengthen practice maturity through improved operating rhythms, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and develop new managed services opportunities, growing the pipeline across both existing and new markets.
Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners to support delivery excellence.
Establish and lead training, development, and capability-building programmes for the team.
Create a culture of continuous learning, coaching, structured development, and clear career pathways.
Requirements
You bring a blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to build and inspire high‑performing teams.
You thrive in a consulting or professional services environment and can balance big-picture strategy with day‑to‑day leadership.
Proven experience leading managed services or long‑term service engagements.
Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing and retaining high-performing teams.
Experience shaping practice strategy, service design, or operational maturity.
Commercial strength, including pipeline growth and managing client profitability.
