About the role

  • Consultant in Compensation managing remuneration programs at CI&T, focusing on global competitiveness and compliance. Collaborating across teams to optimize compensation strategies and talent retention.

Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation programs, including job structure, salaries, salary surveys, merit-based promotions, short-term incentives (e.g., PLR) and long-term incentives (equity plans);
  • Support compensation for group companies in other countries; conduct market research to assess competitiveness of international compensation practices;
  • Design compensation package proposals based on industry trends and best practices;
  • Develop strategies to attract, retain and motivate talent through financial and non-financial rewards;
  • Ensure all compensation practices comply with labor and regulatory laws;
  • Stay up to date on legislative changes that may affect compensation;
  • Prepare performance reports and analyses on the effectiveness of compensation programs;
  • Present data and recommendations to senior management, supporting executive decision-making;
  • Promote clear and transparent communication about compensation and benefits policies to all employees;
  • Facilitate information sessions and training on available programs;
  • Experience leading compensation transformation projects, such as redesigning salary structures, job and salary frameworks, or reviewing global policies.

Requirements

  • Experience in Compensation, preferably in large multinational companies;
  • Advanced English (required for interaction with other countries);
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Law or similar;
  • Experience with compensation and benefits consultancies (Mercer, WTW, Hay, among others);
  • Deep knowledge of job evaluation and classification methodologies, with familiarity with Mercer's methodology being an advantage;
  • Ability to use market compensation surveys;
  • Solid experience managing Long-Term Incentive programs, especially in publicly listed companies outside Brazil is a plus;
  • Familiarity with compensation management tools (HCM Oracle is a plus);
  • Analytical and strategic profile, excellent communication, sense of confidentiality and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to translate compensation analyses into clear, influential narratives for executive audiences.
