Responsibilities
- Comprendre et analyser les besoins de nos clients en collaboration avec l’Account Manager
- Attirer les meilleurs talents via la rédaction d’annonce punchy et pertinentes
- Conduire les entretiens et évaluer les candidats selon nos standards
- Présenter des profils pertinents et élaborer des dossiers complets pour les clients
- Gérer le suivi administratif des consultants : contrats, permis, attestations et certificats
- Assurer le suivi des consultants en mission et maintenir une relation durable avec les clients
Requirements
- 0–3 ans d’expérience professionnelle, idéalement avec un contact client (stages ou job étudiants inclus)
- Une première expérience dans le recrutement est un atout
- Une maîtrise parfaite du français (langue maternelle) ainsi qu’un très bon niveau d’anglais (C1 minimum)
- Digital native dans l’âme, autonome et curieux·se avec les outils informatiques
- Personne organisée et attentive aux détails, orientée résultats avec une forte capacité à garder le cap, dotée d’un excellent sens du contact, d’une énergie positive et communicative, ainsi que d’une grande aptitude à gérer sereinement le stress.
