Responsibilities
Analyze lab environments to pinpoint and resolve performance bottlenecks, implementing optimizations to improve speed and responsiveness on an ongoing basis (at least monthly).
Regularly update lab instructions and documentation to align with the latest software versions.
Conduct thorough reviews and testing of lab procedures from a user's perspective to identify and correct errors, ensuring a reliable and seamless learning experience.
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and third-party management (TPMs) to align on content changes and improvements.
Proactively review and update lab content based on user feedback and new software releases, ensuring our materials remain current and relevant.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
In-depth knowledge of at least two of the following areas: Azure Infrastructure (compute, networking, storage) Azure Entra ID (Identity and Access Management) Data and AI services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Machine Learning) Digital App Innovation (e.g., Azure App Service, Kubernetes Service) Bizapps (e.g., Power Platform, Dynamics 365) Azure Security (e.g., Azure Sentinel, Defender for Cloud)
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with testing and quality assurance methodologies.
Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer) are highly desirable.
