Lead and guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements
Create and position strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts, engaging CXO-level clients
Drive profitable growth, targeting c. £12-15m per annum in Consult sales and oversee managed revenue targets
Identify, pursue and convert business development opportunities; scope engagements and negotiate fees
Design and oversee delivery of complex engagements; act as client escalation point and ensure customer satisfaction
Lead C-level interactions, deliver consulting initiatives, and plan/execute post-deal implementation with Vodafone partnership
Foster talent development, drive external eminence, and develop thought leadership and intellectual capital
Requirements
Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
Demonstrable ability to build and commercialise relationships with senior executives
Proven track record of selling, leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams
Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
Experience in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience
Strong industry focus in Telecoms; familiarity with Vodafone helpful
Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
Sound personal brand and presence in the industry
Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
Preferred: Advanced PowerPoint, Word & Excel; proposal/SOW content creation; excellent verbal and written communication; workshop facilitation; leadership and mentoring; critical thinking and execution focus
