About the role

  • Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
  • Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial.
  • Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients.
  • Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
  • Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Florida and/or Georgia Bar Admission
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
  • Must meet billing goal expectations.
