About the role

  • Manage and optimize compensation programs to ensure fairness, transparency, and market competitiveness.
  • Execute compensation campaigns, oversee commission programs, and support job postings.
  • Maintain and update compensation policies and procedures.
  • Lead annual and ad hoc compensation campaigns, including merit increases, promotions, and market adjustments.
  • Document compensation-related employee actions in accordance with internal protocols and audit requirements.
  • Ensure commission payments are accurate and aligned with established policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and pay structures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with compensation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of state and federal compensation laws and regulations.
  • Experience or interest in total rewards and benefits strategy is a plus.
  • Strong documentation and written communication skills, especially in preparing employee compensation letters and maintaining accurate records.
