About the role

  • Business Analyst role in IT and business transformation projects at GFT. Collaborating with teams to analyze and formalize business needs, contributing to the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, challenge, and formalize business requirements
  • Facilitate requirements elicitation and scoping workshops
  • Write user stories and functional and technical-functional specifications
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams
  • Support functional testing and UAT phases
  • Contribute to the quality of deliverables and user satisfaction
  • Participate in documentation and knowledge transfer to business teams

Requirements

  • At least 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong proficiency in requirements analysis
  • Knowledge of the challenges and constraints of the insurance/banking sector
