About the role
- Dienstrad-Leasing Manager handling international leasing offerings at ROSE. Collaborating with internal departments and partners to optimize processes continuously.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for expanding and managing the international company bike leasing offering (e.g., Jobrad)
- Developing business cases as well as marketing partnerships and concepts for the leasing area
- Central point of contact for internal teams such as Marketing, Retail, Finance and leasing partners
- Building and further developing strategic partnerships in the leasing market with a focus on customer needs
- Enhancing digital solutions to simplify the leasing process (e.g., online shop optimizations, API integrations)
- Improving company bike leasing processes to enhance the customer experience
- Strategically expanding and managing partnerships with company bike leasing providers
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with Customer Service, Retail, Accounting and Marketing
- Independently responsible for developing and refining monitoring processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Sales or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of experience in the leasing business or in B2B sales/marketing, ideally in the bicycle or mobility sector
- Strong communication skills and negotiation aptitude
- Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
- Passion for bicycles, mobility and sustainable concepts
- Very good German and English skills
