About the role

- Oversee design capacity to ensure deadlines, cost and quality targets are met
Requirements
- Degree: e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in design, ideally in special-purpose machine engineering
- Relevant leadership experience as a team leader
- Language skills: good written and spoken English
- Mindset and working style: goal-oriented and committed, combined with a critical approach to existing processes
- Soft skills: ability to motivate and inspire innovation in mechanical and electrical design
