About the role

Responsibilities

  • You provide active support to restaurant management in daily operations and act as a point of contact for staff and team leaders
  • You are responsible for leading operational shifts in the restaurant and support team leadership and scheduling
  • You onboard new team members and train staff on current matters and promotions
  • You ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and compliance with procedures and quality standards
  • You work together with restaurant management and the Peter Pane team to drive the day-to-day business and are ready to roll up your sleeves when needed

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training in gastronomy/hotel management or several years of professional experience
  • Professional experience as a deputy restaurant manager or in a leadership position
  • A genuine hospitality personality
  • A dynamic professional with charm and charisma who keeps a cool head under pressure
