Responsibilities
Help manage our online and offline communities by responding to member inquiries.
Promote discussions and build relationships that enhance belonging and participation.
Monitor and contribute to our social platforms by engaging with followers.
Assist in the planning and execution of online networking events and webinars.
Collaborate on crafting engaging content to spotlight community members.
Collect and analyze community feedback to identify needs and suggest improvements.
Help maintain accurate community records and support CRM tools.
Requirements
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SIGN AN INTERNSHIP AGREEMENT THROUGH YOUR UNIVERSITY FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields
Strong interest in startups, innovation, or the food-tech space.
You enjoy connecting with others and have great interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with talent for creating engaging messages and content.
You’re a multitasker who can juggle different projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using digital tools (social media, email platforms, Metricool, Eventbrite, Slack, Notion, etc.).
Eager to learn, take initiative, and find creative ways to engage our community.
Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
