Manage and sustain the Community Food Membership (CFM) programme
Build, secure, develop and maintain relationships with partner charities and community groups
Raise awareness of FareShare Merseyside and North Wales across the region
Travel across Wirral, Knowsley, Sefton, Halton, Cheshire East, Liverpool and North Wales; work independently
Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager, Finance team and Head Office
Meet recruitment and retention targets and ensure funder requirements are met
Produce comprehensive reports and maintain CRM records
Ensure success and sustainability of CFMs and provide supportive relationships for charity partners
Requirements
Previous experience in community work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Eligible to work in the UK
Level 2/3 Food Safety training desirable (training will be provided)
Previous experience working with customer relationship management software (CRM)
Be degree educated or have a strong career history doing similar roles (desirable)
Some experience of community (desirable)
Competencies: develop and implement strategies to recruit new CFMs; maintain relationships to ensure high retention; conduct outreach activities to promote CFM membership; able to demonstrate being a team player
