Responsibilities
Supporting a team or project accountable for enterprise-wide and Line of Business targeted communications
Assisting in the development of communications strategies and providing editorial planning and writing expertise
Assisting with communication initiatives, priority programs, and projects
Creating engaging and impactful messaging for employees and leaders
Supporting training and employee development programs
Managing the initiation through delivery of participant communications and educational materials that support financial benefits (401(k), HBS, Equity, ESPP, etc.) and overall financial wellness.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Superior organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail
Critical thinking and negotiation skills
Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment
Must be able to work in a team environment including clients, designers, engagement consultants, other project managers, and management
Knowledge of direct mail and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as content management systems and other marketing platforms is a plus
Client relationship experience a plus
Demonstrated excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
