Responsibilities
Responsible for communication and execution in the On-Premise channel (clubs, events, bars and restaurants), promoting the brand experience of Pernod Ricard products in venues and digital channels according to company standards, with the goal of distribution and sales stimulation.
Negotiate programs to boost Pernod Ricard product volume at points of sale, such as clubs, events and bars, presenting the beverage portfolio with a focus on volume, distribution and brand visibility in the market in line with company standards.
Assist customers who participate in our volume programs with redeeming their points.
Develop and maintain presence in the e‑commerce channels of our partners.
Ensure Pernod Ricard products are included on menus whenever possible, showcase our brands, and develop cocktail programs with drink menus associated with our portfolio.
Develop creative briefs for communication pieces and implement them at venues and on digital platforms, based on insights gathered during visits, to enhance brand experience and drive volume for the On-Premise channel.
Analyze communication and product exposure within the On-Premise customer base, verifying that beverage placement is appropriate. Assess venue layout and overall visual communication to improve Pernod Ricard brand visibility and increase sales volume.
Provide training to client company staff, presenting Pernod Ricard product differentiators versus competitors, information about product production, ways to serve the beverages, possible cocktail recipes and selling tied to responsible consumption.
Monitor monthly purchases and inventories of products at points of sale (clubs, events, bars) using reports from the distributor to support decision-making.
Execute promotional actions such as discounts or gifts with our customers, monitoring volume performance and performing necessary maintenance. Whenever possible, link promotions to responsible consumption initiatives.
Manage the Regional budget in accordance with the expected ROI.
Monitor payment processes with partner distributors and direct clients, complying with all established deadlines.
Monitor competitor activities in clubs, events and bars, build relationship networks, gather information and generate ideas to drive sales in the On-Premise channel.
Perform monthly analysis and monitoring of visit records, updated customer data, promotional activities, etc., preparing reports and reporting to the immediate supervisor to ensure control and support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising
Basic English
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales/Commercial area
