Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries and requests regarding interest in and/or questions about purchasing a product, originating from the Online Store or transferred from the inbound team of our relationship center
Make outbound contacts to offer products based on received leads
Record interactions in the customer relationship management system (CRM)
Deliver an excellent customer experience to current and prospective clients
Requirements
High school diploma or currently enrolled/completed higher education
Proven experience in commercial/sales roles, consistently aiming to meet and exceed targets
Ability to work simultaneously across multiple systems (multitasking)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Communicative, persuasive and results-driven profile
Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site in downtown Rio de Janeiro 2x/week) with a 6 hour 20 minute workday and working hours between 10:00 and 19:00
Experience in a contact center with outbound sales (a plus)
Knowledge of insurance and/or pension products (a plus)
