Responsibilities

Assist in consolidating information for sales forecasts and budgets in collaboration with related departments.
Interface with partner areas (such as Finance, Revenue Management, and Sales) to align data and processes.
Prepare presentations for all levels of the organization.
Translate data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining organization and quality of deliverables in a dynamic environment.
Understand the logic of the airline’s commercial processes and propose improvements that deliver efficiency and measurable impact.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment and smooth information flow.
Monitor and control sales incentive costs, identifying optimization opportunities and preventing deviations.
Develop analytical autonomy, knowing when to escalate complex issues to senior analysts and when to resolve them independently.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed.
Previous experience in Sales Commercial Planning (Continuous Improvement).
