Responsibilities
- Operate the internal CRM, ensuring correct recording and updating of opportunities and contracts;
- Review sales contracts, amounts, and commercial terms before sending them for invoicing;
- Track sales progress and invoicing status with the relevant teams;
- Consolidate and provide periodic commercial performance reports, including sales and billing metrics;
- Support the commercial team with information and analyses that facilitate decision-making;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and workflows within the CRM.
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial operations, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, RD Station or similar), and sales administrative controls;
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools;
- Good communication skills and attention to detail;
- Organized, analytical, and proactive profile.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in technology companies or B2B software;
- Basic knowledge of billing and contract workflows;
- Familiarity with commercial metrics (pipeline, forecast, churn, MRR, etc.).
