About the role

  • Coordinating inspection documents and scheduling for clients at Bureau Veritas. Managing logistics and ensuring accurate invoicing for auditing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with clients to submit their document for reviewing prior to the inspection
  • Coordinating with Auditors/Inspectors or Technical Officer for any technical issue related to the Audit/Inspection Program
  • Scheduling the Audit/Inspection Program of all activities, including handling logistics arrangement for Auditors/Inspectors
  • Proofing draft invoice generated by Invoicing Staff
  • Preparing necessary quotation for existing client who needs to add site or scope of work, including PO for suppliers and subcontractor

Requirements

  • Female, Thai nationality
  • Bachelor in any fields
  • Experience 1 - 3 years in Customer Services, Sales Coordinator, Administrator, or related fields
  • Interpersonal skill with service
  • Fair command of reading and writing in English with computer literacy
