Responsibilities
Manage processes anchored in a consumer-first, data-driven approach
Proactively analyze and monitor operational processes rooted in a continuous improvement mindset
Support the seasonal processes and/or system reviews with an eye towards continuous improvement
Curate and organize content and recipients of bi-weekly communications packages
Compile, edit and distribute communications for the business
Consolidate, organize and maintain comprehensive milestone playbook
Organize interactions and collaborate with business partners
Manage quarterly Statement Excess Inventory process
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Two to five years of experience in process management, reporting, and analysis
Understanding of data visualization (storytelling through and with data)
Sports Apparel / Footwear industry specific experience preferred
Intermediate / Advanced MS Excel skills required
