- Act as the link between senior leadership and the marketing team.

- Track, report, and optimise campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ proven experience in events marketing, B2B marketing, or media/publishing.
- Experience leading and developing a small, high-performing team.
- Hands-on and ambitious - comfortable rolling up your sleeves while leading from the front.
- Commercially minded, with a track record of turning marketing activity into measurable ROI.
- Strong communicator with influence at all levels; excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Organised and confident managing multiple global projects.
- Skilled in HubSpot (automation, workflows, sequences) and analytics tools (GA, email, social).
- Calm, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
