- Experience in Loss Prevention, security, or operational roles within a retail store or regional environment.
- Strong coaching and support skills, with the ability to influence store teams positively.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence working across stores and Head Office teams.
- Effective time management and planning skills in a field-based role.
- Results-driven mindset with a practical, proactive approach.
- Confident using IT systems for reporting, audits, investigations, and data tracking.
- Flexibility to travel regionally and visit stores as required.
