About the role

  • Identify and prospect insurance brokerages in the market with the objective of directing their insurance business to Pottencial Seguradora;
  • Monitor broker production in the market through daily/monthly tracking reports and spreadsheets;
  • Provide training to brokerages to promote our products and generate new business for Pottencial Seguradora;
  • Develop strategies to boost sales and manage regional growth through reports, maintaining overall organization of the entire sales process;
  • Strengthen relationships with brokerages through visits, online meetings, phone calls, events, and commercial campaigns to encourage them to place their business with Pottencial Seguradora;
  • Conduct institutional visits to relevant policyholders;
  • Monitor the registration/onboarding of policyholders;
  • Monitor operations, tracking their approvals and pricing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field - minimum 4 years' experience;
  • Commercial Management - Advanced;
  • MS Office - Intermediate;
  • Financial Mathematics - Basic;
  • Insurance industry - Advanced;
