Responsibilities
Steering, planning and design of projects in the area of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management
Developing, optimizing and implementing standardized quality control loops
Ensuring and continuously developing existing multi-site management systems and introducing new standards (e.g. ISO 50001)
Translating statutory and legal requirements into company-specific processes and policies
Developing and delivering training on methods such as 8D, 5-Why, risk and incident analyses
Facilitating workshops and process modeling to optimize workflows
Implementing and maintaining military management systems (AQAP series)
Planning and conducting internal system and process audits, including tracking corrective actions
Supporting and advising our global sites
Requirements
Degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification and certified auditor (e.g. IRCA, TÜV or equivalent)
Several years of solid professional experience in quality, environmental and occupational health & safety management
Experience in training and facilitating groups as well as in process optimization
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant IT tools
Business-fluent German and English, spoken and written
Strong sense of responsibility and an independent, structured working style
Excellent team and communication skills, including in an international environment
