About the role

  • Monitor and interpret the main metrics of the B2B operation (inbound and outbound), generating actionable insights and recommendations
  • Operate outbound prospecting and lead enrichment tools (Apollo, Lusha, Snovio, Clay, etc.) focused on generating qualified demand
  • Evaluate the performance of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads) and the B2B landing page, collaborating with partner agencies
  • Monitor funnel data, channels, conversion rates and lead quality, and turn these into alerts and opportunities for the team to act on
  • Track results on existing dashboards (no need to build them) and interpret the information with a performance focus
  • Propose and test adjustments to automations via Zapier, n8n or similar tools
  • Work together with leadership, marketing and sales to support strategic decisions based on concrete data

Requirements

  • Experience with data analysis applied to B2B marketing and sales (no need to develop dashboards)
  • Experience with CRM, outbound and lead enrichment tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, Lusha, Clay, Snovio, etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital performance metrics (conversion, CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
  • Understanding of paid media campaigns (Ads) and landing page performance, with the ability to evaluate and propose improvements
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier or n8n
  • Strong data literacy and the ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, sales, tech)
