About the role

  • Support global fund distribution and act as a specialist in cross-border compliance and market requirements.
  • Manage and deliver targets for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Support the maintenance and local filing of fund documentation, including legal offering documents and KIDs.
  • Assist with updates to Fund Prospectuses and handle client requests from proposal to delivery.
  • Use internal systems and online platforms to file regulatory documents with relevant authorities.
  • Maintain internal databases and documentation and support administrative duties across the team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs and raise opportunities or issues with proposed solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be client-focused and fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident interacting with stakeholders at all levels and hosting meetings.
  • Comfortable using Outlook 365 tools including MS Teams, Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn and support others.
