Responsibilities
Building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients
Ensuring successful implementation of solutions and driving client satisfaction and retention
Becoming a trusted advisor, recognised as an expert in leveraging Bright’s products and services
Delivering maximum value and minimising churn
Creating an environment and working relationships with the client that encourages further investment in Bright
Supporting and collaborating with sales account managers in driving up and cross-selling
Ensuring that all services (from Support and Success) are delivered to the highest standards
Developing and executing on account plans, tailored specifically to the client
Guiding customers toward advocacy
Requirements
Experience in client-facing roles within SaaS environments, experience in accounting or payroll is highly desirable, as it will further enhance the CP's ability to establish and maintain their trusted advisory status.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing strategic client relationships
Experience with project management or specialist roles is highly valuable
An understanding of appropriate industry based applications and business processes and how they create value for clients
Developed communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
