The CP will manage a defined “book of business,” focused on named key accounts.
They will be responsible for the overall account growth and minimising churn, as defined through a set of client-based KPIs.
The CP will be the ultimate owner of the account, their duties will include:
Creating an environment and working relationships with the client that encourages further investment in Bright
supporting and collaborating with sales account managers in driving up and cross-selling
ensuring the voice of our key customers is heard loud and clear
working with product teams to ensure our products provide the outcomes our customers require
ensuring that all services (from Support and Success) are delivered to the highest standards
developing and executing on account plans, tailored specifically to the client
ensuring all account KPIs are achieved
guiding customers toward advocacy
owning the retention of the account
stay current on industry trends, in the payroll and accounting space
Requirements
Experience in client-facing roles within SaaS environments, experience in accounting or payroll is highly desirable, as it will further enhance the CP's ability to establish and maintain their trusted advisory status.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing strategic client relationships
Experience with project management or specialist roles is highly valuable
An understanding of appropriate industry based applications and business processes and how they create value for clients
Developed communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
