About the role

  • The Client Manager reports directly to Client Director and is the primary point of contact for OneViu analytics platform users to ensure the successful adoption, usage, and optimization of the OneViu platform.
  • You will work closely with users to support analytics projects, deliver insights, and drive value through data-driven decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with Platform users across the client organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping users navigate and utilize the platform effectively.
  • Provide day-to-day support for report generation, dashboard usage, and insights consultation.
  • Prioritize client requests and manage expectations effectively.
  • Translate business questions into analytical tasks and guide users through execution.
  • Ensure insights are actionable and aligned with client objectives.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing training for new and existing users.
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and best practice materials tailored to client needs.
  • Have a deep understanding of the Analytics used by the Platform, as well as the diverse data-sources that are used to power the Analytics.
  • Gather user feedback to inform product enhancements and feature requests.
  • Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to improve client experience.
  • Understand usage metrics and adoption rates to identify opportunities for deeper engagement.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of grocery retail operations, shopper behaviour and category management
  • Ability to align analytics solutions with the retailer’s business goals (e.g, increasing basket size, optimizing assortment, improving promotions)
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with shopper analytics platforms (e.g., dunnhumby, NielsenIQ, Symphony or custom-build solutions)
  • Understanding of how POS, loyalty and third-party data are ingested and used within the platform
  • Having clear and persuasive communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and proposing data-driven solutions
  • Ability to adapt and navigate change in fast-paced retail environments and evolving tech landscape
