About the role

  • Acquisition of new corporate clients and bringing existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage
  • Managing the acquisition process — from lead generation through analysis of the insurance program to presentation
  • Independent servicing of commercial clients (minimum: companies of approx. 50 employees) in non-life lines, supported by the inside sales team
  • Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
  • Actively contributing to the company within our OKR methodology — e.g., in digitization or optimization of internal processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience with an insurance broker or insurance agency
  • Experience in acquiring and subsequently servicing corporate clients
  • Solid knowledge in non-life lines (e.g., industrial fire, liability — excluding motor, life, health)
  • Completed vocational training in insurance / insurance specialist certification (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
