Responsibilities
Acquisition of new corporate clients and bringing existing client relationships into our mid-sized brokerage
Managing the acquisition process — from lead generation through analysis of the insurance program to presentation
Independent servicing of commercial clients (minimum: companies of approx. 50 employees) in non-life lines, supported by the inside sales team
Conducting annual review meetings on-site or digitally
Actively contributing to the company within our OKR methodology — e.g., in digitization or optimization of internal processes
Requirements
Several years of experience with an insurance broker or insurance agency
Experience in acquiring and subsequently servicing corporate clients
