About the role

  • Teamlead in Sales responsible for organizing product placement and managing new hires. Focus on quality control and effective communication with clients and staff in the consumer goods sector.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing product merchandising/shelf placement according to client specifications
  • Hiring new staff
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective measures
  • Communicating with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Ability to lead by example and to motivate others
  • Valid Class B driver's license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or staff supervision preferred
