About the role

Responsibilities
- Focus on litigation for PREVI clients (PREVI — Pension Fund for Banco do Brasil Employees);
- Handle proceedings in JEC (Small Claims Courts), PROCON, and Civil Court;
- Handle high-volume civil and/or social security cases;
- Draft court documents (initial petitions, defenses/answers, appeals, etc.);
- Review documents and judicial decisions;
- Update internal systems and client platforms;
- Attend hearings when necessary;
- Meet deadlines and targets.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed);
- Valid OAB license with annual fee up to date;
- Experience in mass litigation (preferably civil/social security);
- Knowledge of complementary pension plans is a plus;
- Proficiency in legal systems and strong organizational skills to manage deadlines.
