About the role

  • Consulter en tant que conseiller juridique pour des contrats internationaux au sein de CMA CGM. Rédiger, négocier et sécuriser des contrats liés aux projets stratégiques du groupe.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, negotiate and secure international commercial and industrial contracts
  • Support business units in structuring their contractual frameworks
  • Identify, assess and mitigate legal risks
  • Contribute to contract management knowledge and process and process improvements
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business law / contract law / international business law
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in contract law within a large international group or a law firm
  • Experience negotiating international contracts and large-scale projects
  • Expertise in contract law
  • Understanding of intermodal and logistics environments, maritime procurement and infrastructure
  • Ability to manage long-term projects with significant financial commitments
  • Professional working proficiency in French and English
