About the role

  • Oversee and grow our operations in your city
  • Maintain high customer service standards
  • Maximize operational efficiency
  • Serve as WeHost’s local ambassador
  • Contribute to the development of our local network
  • Prepare properties for guest arrivals
  • Organize key handovers and manage keys
  • Ensure property maintenance
  • Manage and resolve incidents in real time
  • Coordinate the implementation of additional services
  • Identify new property owners and present our services to them.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Expertise in short‑term rental cleaning and the ability to deliver impeccable customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with owners and guests.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
