About the role

  • Act as the CEO’s right hand: drive strategic hiring and talent sourcing as we rapidly scale every function.
  • Prep board decks, investor updates, fundraising pitches, and maintain the external investor tracker.
  • Tackle ambiguous problem statements and convert them into actionable plans.
  • Operate in chaotic environments and proactively create order from disorder.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, amplify leadership bandwidth, and run daily ops.
  • Massive overlap with US work hours—expect significant evening availability to collaborate with global stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years total experience: 2+ years in a fast-growth startup (generalist/biz ops/CoS), PLUS preferred 2+ years in consulting, VC, IB, or PE.
  • Relentlessly resourceful, sharp, and resilient under ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Operates on first principles; obsessive attention to detail.
  • Founder-in-the-making with a premium MBA/undergrad pedigree.
