  • Drive corporate B2C adoption and B2B owner demand.
  • Architect funnel economics where CAC, CLTV, and ROI are tracked daily, not quarterly.
  • Show clear marketing contribution to Q4’s $2.3M company revenue target.
  • ≥50/week MQL engine by Day 30, ≥100/week by Day 90; ≥70% sales-accepted.
  • Deliver ≥$500K in closed B2C bookings by Day 90.
  • Attribution dashboards live with ≥95% coverage by Day 60.
  • ≥1 case study + ≥1 city launch narrative published by Day 90.
  • Build marketing-sourced pipeline across B2C + B2B sufficient to fuel $10M ARR.
  • GTM playbooks for ≥2 new cities with measurable pipeline lift.
  • ≥2 case studies + ≥3 earned media placements/quarter.
  • Assemble minimum viable team (1 in-house + 1 agency).
  • Ensure CAC payback under 30 days.
  • Kill campaigns failing <1.5:1 ROAS ruthlessly.

Requirements

  • 7+ years building startup marketing engines to $20M+ ARR
  • Proven record in direct demand generation and funnel economics
  • Tactical operator: builds dashboards, runs campaigns, holds agencies accountable
  • Can walk step-by-step through how they moved KPIs in past roles
  • Elite communicator, obsessed with speed and accountability.
  • Proptech / hospitality / SaaS background.
  • ABM, local SEO, PR & comms.
  • Multi-market expansion campaigns.
