About the role

  • Strengthen and grow relationships with referral partners, resellers, and managed service providers (MSPs)
  • Focus on partner activation, enablement, and long-term relationship development
  • Provide thoughtful onboarding to ensure partners understand our solutions and how they fit into their customers’ needs
  • Equip partners with tailored resources, training, and success stories to advocate effectively
  • Maintain regular engagement through check-ins, business reviews, and planning sessions
  • Work with partners to identify new opportunities and align on joint business plans
  • Collaborate with sales on partner-introduced opportunities to ensure smooth follow-through
  • Track progress toward agreed goals, share insights, and provide guidance to help partners maximize their impact
  • Individual contributor role with potential to shape and lead the channel partnerships function in future

Requirements

  • 7+ years in channel partnerships, reseller management, or referral partner programs, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience helping partners increase their engagement and business impact
  • Strong understanding of partner enablement and collaborative go-to-market approaches
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both business and sales stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills to manage multiple partner relationships
  • Skilled communicator who can engage at all levels within partner organizations
