Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution
- Professional experience in roles requiring extensive Change Management skills in a large organization (5000+ employees)
- Excellent understanding of Change Management theory/techniques
- Ability to execute Prosci ADKAR Change Management for multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and software tools
- Ability to become Prosci Change Manager certified within 3-6 months of employment
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
