About the role
- Certification Analyst managing client certification platform integration for a leading fintech company, Fiserv. Overseeing technical setup, project delivery, and compliance with mandates.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients and stakeholders with a technical contact for their certification and integration onto the client certification platform
- Manage client and internal team expectations meeting target dates
- Ensure all specification and compliance mandates are met
- Manage the overall certification and integration including discovery, specification review, and technical setup, issue resolution, product integration, network configuration, and reporting
- Review and consult on transaction scripts, format, and responses based on transaction and payment scripting
- Coordinate, schedule, and plan resource activities to ensure timely and effective project delivery
- Partner with network, production, and other resources to manage client or vendor tests, connectivity, and go-lives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience with 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of merchant acquiring experience or relevant payment processing experience
- 3+ years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects
- Experience in leading project management using Agile methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working directly with clients, and internal/external resources
- Utilization of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with minimal management/mentorship
