About the role

  • Research, select, configure, and manage centralized service tools (RMM, asset management, endpoint protection, patch management, backup/DR, monitoring, advanced security)
  • Develop automation scripts to streamline service delivery and improve efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies like AI and automation and integrate innovative solutions
  • Engage in new client onboarding projects; attend kickoff meetings and coordinate deployment of managed services tools
  • Develop and maintain training assets; lead training sessions for MSP service delivery teams
  • Collaborate with service delivery and technology alignment teams to ensure proper implementation and best practices
  • Manage proactive monitoring and alert thresholds; oversee ticket resolution in Centralized Services queue
  • Escalate complex security issues to SOC Analysts and participate in Noise Abatement Process (NAP)
  • Serve as primary liaison with tool vendors to ensure integration, performance, and compliance with data protection standards
  • Participate in daily huddles, weekly team meetings, client engagements, and quarterly company kickoff meetings
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (CS queue tickets, aging, patch compliance, endpoint protection coverage, alert tickets, automation scripts developed, new client onboardings)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience with relevant industry certifications
  • Proven track record in tool management and process optimization for MSP environments
  • Deep understanding of centralized service tools, AI integration, automation technologies, and data protection measures
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Expertise in pattern recognition and analytical problem-solving
  • Vendor management and relationship-building skills
  • Business acumen and effective communication skills
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
