About the role

  • Assist senior engineers in implementing manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to optimize quality and output levels
  • Collaborate with process teams and vendors to review automation machine and fixture designs; qualify and accept new machines
  • Set up maintenance plans and implement improvements for mass production
  • Develop and program automatic control equipment based on production requirements
  • Provide technical support during pilot runs, production start-up, and changeovers
  • Implement digital factory solutions to improve real-time process control
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues in automation lines
  • Guide technicians during line maintenance and changeovers to ensure smooth machine operation
  • Develop tooling, fixtures, and equipment; create maintenance plans and machine operation instructions
  • Support NPI and mass production process improvements to meet production requirements while ensuring machine stability and safety

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • New grades are welcome
  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or automation process engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tools, and automation systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CAD or ERP systems is a plus
