About the role

  • Own the global buying strategy across Apparel and Non-Apparel categories.
  • Lead our omni-channel buying strategy across Ecomm, Retail, and Wholesale, with a key focus on driving growth in the US market.
  • Balance trend and commercial insight to deliver brand-aligned, high-performing ranges.
  • Lead and mentor a best-in-class buying team to achieve growth and results.
  • Manage OTB, pricing, margin, and performance to hit financial and product KPIs.
  • Analyse data, insights, and performance to react fast to what’s trending and what’s next.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Trend, Merch, Sourcing, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to execute seasonal direction.
  • Drive Lower Impact and Social Responsibility goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Buying leadership within global or Omni-channel Fashion Retailers
  • Proven success delivering trend-right, commercial assortments that perform across markets.
  • Strong financial acumen – you live and breathe margin, sell-through, and OTB.
  • Expert negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • A mix of creative flair and analytical rigour – equally trend-obsessed and data-driven.
  • Leadership that inspires — you grow people, performance, and product.
