About the role

  • Product Manager leading initiatives for ADEO's commerce transformation by enhancing customer experience and integrating product catalogs. Focus on AI strategy and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives and projects to build key platform components
  • Define and implement the omnichannel product strategy for 1P and 3P
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure alignment of priorities
  • Act as the product expert and champion, ensuring the right level of stakeholder awareness
  • Make product decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Manage associated product owners over the medium term

Requirements

  • Highly organized and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong analytical skills (including SQL)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing novel ideas, approaches, and solutions
  • Strong self-initiative and a hands-on attitude
  • Experience prioritizing customer requirements
  • Customer empathy and the ability to identify opportunities
  • Proficiency in English
