Responsibilities
- Map business requirements based on ServiceNow platform best practices.
- Lead process and best-practice workshops within ServiceNow.
- Write user stories and plan sprints (using Scrum methodology).
- Monitor development and integrated and functional testing of our clients' solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Experience implementing ServiceNow.
- Experience leading platform solution deployments.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Intermediate English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different levels and experience delivering presentations/workshops.
- Hold at least one of the following certifications: CIS ITSM, CIS CSM, CIS HRSM, CIS Discovery, CIS Mapping, CIS VRM, or CAD.
- Reside in Brasília.
