About the role

  • Manage regional investment planning and procurement for healthcare facilities. Coordinate stakeholders, ensure legal compliance and lead project management for change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • You accompany the entire investment planning process in the facilities within your region
  • You ensure regular on-site presence in your region’s facilities in line with procurement volumes
  • You evaluate investment requests with regard to necessity and prepare well-founded cost estimates
  • You prepare investment projects, determine requirements and coordinate requirements with user groups
  • You ensure complete and legally compliant procurement and tender documentation
  • You work closely with the service companies, determine purchase and maintenance costs, and assume project management responsibility for change and transformation processes

Requirements

  • You have a solid understanding of the services provided by Sana Procurement & Logistics and apply them competently in the facilities
  • You are familiar with Sana’s investment procurement processes and use this knowledge to increase efficiency and achieve sustainable cost reductions
  • You have basic knowledge of medical technology, IT and hospital operations engineering and communicate with users and service providers on an equal footing
  • You reliably coordinate investment projects and align closely with the network of facilities, service companies and operations
  • Experience in investment procurement within Sana Procurement & Logistics
  • You are familiar with the basics of public procurement law and apply them confidently in practice
  • You have project management experience and actively drive change and transformation processes
