About the role

  • Manage mission-critical cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and within scope.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing; develop and oversee business cases and report on actual spend against budget.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate obstacles and risks to ensure project continuity and quality.
  • Lead internal communication, documentation, training, and post-rollout adoption monitoring for assigned projects.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including process workflows, communication plans, training materials, and status updates.
  • Facilitate project team meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, track action items, and ensure accountability.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and promote project management standards and best practices.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the VP, Internal Projects and other team members.
  • Report directly to the VP, Internal Projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Wrike) and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • PMP or similar project management certification a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholder groups and align teams toward common goals.
  • Background in real estate and/or retail industries is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Power BI is a plus, but not mandatory.
