About the role
- Work on the company’s most critical problems across strategy, operations, product and BD
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Lead special operations projects like revamping pricing, streamlining billing, or automating onboarding
- Contribute to the expansion and maintenance of Turnkey’s core operating system including strategic and financial planning, board materials, and company objectives reporting
- Provide input on product development informed by customer experiences and market trends
- Assist with sales and BD efforts: participating in direct sales, building strategic partner relationships, creating sales materials, and summarizing sales learnings
- Build new processes and functions from the ground up and handle knotty operational challenges
Requirements
- 2+ years of operations experience in a fast-paced, high-growth software company
- Ideally an additional 2+ years in a demanding, high-performance professional environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for untangling tough problems and building scalable processes
- Adaptability, resilience, and comfort in a constantly evolving environment
- Prior experience in a fintech, web3 or developer-focused startup (style point)
- Actively tracking developments in the crypto ecosystem and opinionated on where it is going (style point)
- Must be physically based in the United States, with preference for those able to be onsite in New York City HQ
