About the role

  • VP B2B handling client relationships with businesses, planning sales processes and strategies at Vivo. Focused on developing mobility and IT solutions for a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a B2B client portfolio, prospecting new accounts from emerging opportunities;
  • Present the product portfolio and serve customers through digital channels (Inside Sales);
  • Sell mobile and fixed-line telephony products, IT and advanced solutions, and value-added services;
  • Monitor channel- and portfolio-specific KPIs; analyze, plan, and execute activities and sales to meet and exceed targets;
  • Track the sales workflow, identifying failure points, backlogs, and outstanding issues that could block or prevent a sale;
  • Manage daily reports to monitor sales;
  • Act to resolve critical situations through regular client contact and close collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Commercial mindset: driven to get things done, results-oriented, consultative approach, and active listening to the client;
