About the role
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into key financial and operational metrics using BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Transform and analyze data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and leadership to understand reporting requirements and define critical KPIs
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of all business intelligence deliverables
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to management and cross-functional teams
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and contribute to business case development
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience with Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with passion for translating data into compelling narratives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 2-4 years experience combining finance and data analytics, ideally in corporate finance, fintech, consulting, or analytics-focused roles (Bonus Points)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) (Bonus Points)
- Background in financial services or wealth management industry (Bonus Points)
- Experience building dashboards that directly influenced strategic business decisions (Bonus Points)
